By default the creator owns the IP unless assigned. We include an IP-assignment clause so the client owns the deliverables once payment is complete, where that is intended.
Does a service agreement need to be on stamp paper?
Stamp duty varies by state. We advise on the applicable stamp value and whether e-stamping or notarisation is recommended for enforceability.
