Trademark Renewal
A registered trademark in India stays valid for 10 years and must be renewed before expiry to retain protection. We file your renewal (Form TM-R) with the Trade Marks Registry, track the deadline and handle restoration if you have already lapsed within the grace window.
Heads up: Government fee of ₹9,000 per class (e-filing) is extra and paid directly to the Trade Marks Registry. Surcharge applies for late or restoration filings.
